Terms of Use
Revised 27.10.2026
1. General provisions
These Terms govern the relationship between Davit Koryuni Mandalyan, a private individual who owns the Ylon platform ("Ylon", "we"), and users of the ylon.ru and ylon.am websites and the Ylon app. Location and address: 40/1 Dzorapi St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. Email for legally significant notices: support@ylon.ru. Ylon provides the technology platform on which shops list goods and buyers order them. Ylon does not sell the goods that shops list: the seller is the shop. What is paid for through Ylon is described in the “Payments” section.
Accepting the Terms. You accept the Terms by ticking "I accept the Terms of Use" when signing up or immediately afterwards, and accept a new version the same way the first time you open the website or the app while signed in after it takes effect. Merely using the platform does not count as accepting the Terms.
Who the seller is. Each item is sold by the shop that listed it. Before you place an order, the "About the seller" block shows the details the shop has provided: the seller's name, status, country, address, contact details, payment methods, delivery and return terms, and for shops in Russia also the OGRN or OGRNIP registration number, business hours and how to send a complaint.
You must be 18 or older to use Ylon. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18.
2. Definitions
"Platform" — the Ylon online platform available at ylon.ru and ylon.am and through the Ylon mobile app. "Buyer" — a registered user purchasing goods. "Seller" — an individual or legal entity that has created a Shop on the platform and lists goods for sale. "Shop" — a seller's personal storefront on the platform. "Listing" — a product card posted by a seller. "Order" — a transaction initiated by a buyer to purchase goods.
3. Buyer Obligations
The buyer undertakes to: provide accurate data when signing up; give accurate contact details and, where needed, a delivery address; pay for orders placed with an obligation to pay; not use the platform for fraud; not post false reviews; follow the Community Rules. Breaching these obligations may lead to the account being restricted or blocked.
4. Community Rules
You may not post or send on Ylon:
- — calls for terrorist or extremist activity or extremist materials;
- — pornography, or content promoting violence or cruelty;
- — obscene language;
- — content that denigrates a person or group because of sex, age, race, ethnicity, language, religion, occupation, place of residence or work, disability or political views;
- — threats, harassment or scams;
- — other people's personal data without their consent;
- — content that infringes copyright or other rights.
Reports. Use "Report" next to any post, product, review, message or user. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these rules or the law.
Blocking. You can block a user: they will no longer see your posts or message you. We may restrict or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Seller Obligations
The Seller agrees to: provide accurate product descriptions, including photographs, specifications, and prices; ship goods within the stated timeframe; comply with consumer protection laws; process returns in accordance with store policy and applicable law; not list goods whose sale is prohibited or restricted by law, or any of the following: weapons, including firearms, and ammunition; tobacco, nicotine products, e-cigarettes and vapes; alcoholic beverages; erotic (adult) products; narcotic or psychotropic substances; medicines; counterfeit or stolen goods; goods without mandatory certificates or declarations of conformity, without mandatory marking, or without mandatory state registration; respond to buyer inquiries promptly; for goods subject to mandatory identification marking, independently comply with the marking legislation of the country where the goods are sold and, in the Russian Federation, register in the state track-and-trace information system "Chestny Znak" (GIS MT) as a turnover participant, apply and ensure the accuracy of marking codes (Data Matrix), and carry out the entry and withdrawal of goods from circulation as required by law. The Seller acknowledges that, with respect to the marked goods it sells, it acts as the turnover participant and bears full responsibility for compliance with marking legislation; the Platform provides software tools only and is not a turnover participant for such goods. The Platform reserves the right to remove a seller's shop for systematic violations.
6. Payments
How an order is paid for is shown when you place it. If an order is placed with online payment, the shop's payment service (YooKassa, T-Bank) takes the payment directly, and the shop makes any refund through the same service. If there is no online payment, the order is sent to the shop as a request: you agree the price, payment method and delivery with the shop in the chat, and Ylon neither takes nor passes on money for such an order. Ylon takes no percentage of sales of shops' goods. Card data is processed by the payment service and is not stored on Ylon servers.
Shop themes and sticker packs are paid for through Ylon: payment is taken by Ylon's payment service (YooKassa). On the sale of a sticker pack created by a user, Ylon keeps 20% of the price and the rest goes to the pack's author.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the platform (design, logos, source code, text) are the intellectual property of the owner of Ylon or are used by the owner lawfully, and are protected by intellectual property law. Users may not copy, reproduce or distribute elements of the platform without the written consent of the owner of Ylon, except where the law allows this without consent.
By posting photos, videos, text, reviews or other material on Ylon, you confirm you hold the rights to it and grant the owner of Ylon a free, non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, display to other users, adapt to screen formats and distribute it within Ylon services, for as long as it is posted and in every country where Ylon is available. The licence ends when you delete the material or your account, except backup copies described in the “Retention periods” section of the Privacy Policy, and copies we must keep by law. Shop material (product photos and descriptions) may also appear in Ylon collections, search and recommendations.
8. Limitation of liability
Ylon is not a party to the sale between the buyer and the shop; the shop is responsible for the quality, authenticity and description of goods. For shops (sellers), Ylon's liability under the platform agreement is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise. Liability to consumers is governed by law and is not limited by these Terms.
9. Confirming receipt of an order
Once the seller marks an order as handed over, the buyer can confirm receipt on the order page or tap “Report a problem” if the order has not been received or something is wrong.
If the order has no tracking number — for example, the seller hands it over at pickup or with their own courier — and within 5 days after the seller marked it as handed over the buyer has neither confirmed receipt nor reported a problem, Ylon may mark the order as received automatically. At least 24 hours before that, we remind the buyer in the app if their order notifications are turned on. While a problem with the order is open, no automatic mark is made.
An automatic mark only records that the buyer did not report a problem in time. It does not confirm that the goods were actually received, nor their quantity, quality or completeness. It does not limit the buyer’s statutory rights, including the right to return the goods and to make claims about defects: statutory periods run from the actual receipt of the goods. After an automatic mark, the buyer can still report a problem on the order page.
The seller marks an order as handed over only after handing it to the buyer, a courier or a delivery service for delivery to the buyer. If the order is sent by post or a delivery service, the seller adds the tracking number when there is one.
10. Dispute resolution
Disputes are first settled by negotiation, in the chat with the shop or through Ylon support. If that fails, a court decides. A consumer may sue, at their choice, where the defendant is located, where the consumer lives or stays, or where the contract was made or performed (Art. 17(2) of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).
11. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect, and of changes to liability or fee increases for shops at least 45 days before. A new version applies to you once you accept it by ticking a box in the app or on the website; we will ask you to do so the first time you open the website or the app while signed in after it takes effect. Until you accept it, you cannot use the service, but orders you have already placed remain available. If you disagree, you can delete your account. Orders placed earlier are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
12. Contact information
Questions about these Terms and legal notices: support@ylon.ru, or by post: 40/1 Dzorapi St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. Support: support@ylon.ru, daily 09:00–21:00 Moscow time.
13. Users in the Republic of Armenia
This section applies to users located or resident in the Republic of Armenia and supplements the general provisions of these Terms; if they conflict, this section prevails.
The owner of the Ylon platform (ylon.ru and ylon.am websites, Ylon mobile app) is Davit Koryuni Mandalyan, a private individual (location (place of residence): 40/1 Dzorapi St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia; email: support@ylon.am; "Ylon", "we"). Ylon provides a technology platform on which shops list goods and buyers order them. Ylon does not sell the goods that shops list and is not a party to their sales contract: the seller is the shop.
Who the seller is. Each item is sold by the shop that listed it. The shop may be located outside the Republic of Armenia, including in the Russian Federation. Before you place an order — on the shop page and at checkout — you see the details the shop has provided: its name, country, email and postal address, phone number, and whether the shop is a trader, according to its own declaration.
Price and currency. Prices are in the shop's currency. If your card is in a different currency, your bank converts it at its own rate and fees. Before placing an order you see the total amount payable, including delivery if known.
Delivery and payment methods. The shop decides whether and how it delivers and which payment methods it accepts. If the shop does not deliver to the Republic of Armenia or delivery is restricted, this is shown before you place the order.
Ylon warehouse. For shops from the Republic of Armenia, stock is managed by the Ylon warehouse: an item becomes available to order only after the warehouse has received it. Goods are accepted at the warehouse only under separate storage terms that the shop accepts before it first hands over goods; those terms set out the storage periods and fees, liability for the safekeeping of the goods and how goods are returned to the shop. Until the shop has accepted those terms, Ylon does not accept or store its goods.
Returns and withdrawal. The shop states its return and exchange conditions on its page. These Terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the law of the Republic of Armenia, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, if that law applies to your contract.
Reviews. Only a buyer whose order from the shop has been delivered or completed can review the item or the shop.
Complaints. How complaints are handled and disputes are settled out of court is described below under “Applicable law and disputes”.
How the contract is made. Orders on the platform are placed in one of two ways; the order page always shows which one applies.
1. Order with online payment. If the shop has enabled online payment, by pressing "Pay" you place an order with an obligation to pay. Payment is taken by the shop's payment service, not by Ylon. The contract with the shop is concluded from the moment of payment. 2. Order agreed with the seller. If the shop does not take online payment, the order is sent to the seller as a request, which creates no obligation to pay. The seller receives it in the chat, and you agree the price, payment method and delivery with them. The contract is concluded when you and the seller agree on its terms. Ylon does not take or pass on payments for such orders; the seller marks the payment on the platform.
Before placing an order you can check and correct your cart, contact details and address. Your orders and the related messages are available in "My orders".
Applicable law and disputes. The law of the Republic of Armenia governs the relationship between Ylon and a user in the Republic of Armenia under these Terms. The law governing your contract with a shop is determined by law; Ylon does not choose it for you.
You may first try to resolve a dispute in the chat with the shop, and then contact Ylon support: we will reply within 5 working days and try to help the parties reach agreement. These steps are optional and do not limit your right to go to court or to the competent state consumer protection authority. Disputes with Ylon are heard by the courts of the Republic of Armenia with jurisdiction as provided by law.
Liability. The shop is responsible for the quality and authenticity of goods and for their matching the description. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform, but we make reasonable efforts to restore it. Nothing in these Terms limits Ylon's liability for harm to life or health or where the law does not allow liability to be limited, nor does it limit consumers' statutory rights. Towards shops, Ylon's liability under the platform agreement is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise.
Accepting the Terms. You accept the Terms by ticking "I accept the Terms of Use" when signing up or immediately afterwards, and accept a new version the same way the first time you open the website or the app while signed in after it takes effect. Merely using the platform does not count as accepting the Terms.
Changes. We will notify you of material changes to the Terms by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect, and of changes to liability or fee increases for shops at least 45 days before. Material changes apply to you once you accept them by ticking a box in the app or on the website. If you disagree, you can delete your account.
